• Healthlink Advisors is seeking an experienced Patient Access Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive operational playbook based on prior assessments. • Focus on implementing strategic transformations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between patient access operations and IT systems. • Create a structured playbook to implement and sustain key patient access disciplines such as Template Optimization, Centralized Scheduling, Call Center Operations, Online Scheduling, and Referrals Optimization.
