Description

β€’ Lead and coach a dynamic sales team to improve engagement and performance. β€’ Steer the sales direction to meet ambitious client enrollment quotas. β€’ Conduct coaching through role plays, feedback, and call reviews. β€’ Oversee sales metrics and maintain accurate tracking sheets. β€’ Collaborate with various departments for a cohesive client approach. β€’ Understand and study the ideal client profile and related materials. β€’ Manage call scheduling and follow-up processes. β€’ Ensure high standards of performance among sales reps and setters. β€’ Encourage accountability and personal growth among team members.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4 years in a sales leadership role in high-ticket coaching industry. β€’ Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing sales teams of 5-10+ people. β€’ Experience in a leadership capacity helping grow a company beyond $10M in revenue. β€’ Strong data tracking and analysis skills. β€’ Proficient in using Google Sheets for dashboarding. β€’ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Proficient in sales tools such as Allego, Zoom, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slack. β€’ Extremely organized with high attention to detail. β€’ Passionate about growth and learning. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Must live in North America. β€’ Deep understanding of human psychology/behavior. β€’ Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision. β€’ Excellent time management skills. β€’ High intolerance for average performance.
