Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of proven experience working with healthcare systems β€’ 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success role β€’ 5+ years of management experience β€’ Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a high-performing team β€’ Comfortable managing relationships with C-suite executives β€’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
