Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience working with healthcare systems • 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success role • 5+ years of management experience • Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a high-performing team • Comfortable managing relationships with C-suite executives • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
