Description

• Complete day-to-day activities related to the QA process, ensuring all procedures meet required quality standards. • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. • Conduct quality audits and inspections, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. • Assist in the development and implementation of QA processes, procedures, and standards in collaboration with the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, clinical, etc.) to identify areas for improvement in quality processes. • Provide training and support to staff on QA standards, tools, and techniques. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA processes, reports, and audit findings. • Communicate quality standards and procedures across the organization. • Ensure that financial processes adhere to best practices and organizational standards.

Requirements

• LPN/LVN or Registered Nurse. • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree is a plus. • 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, audit tools, and compliance in healthcare. • Experience with quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and conducting audits. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality assurance tools.
