• HeartFlow, Inc. is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. • The Director is responsible for all technical accounting and SEC reporting matters. • Assist with key business and strategic activities while advising on accounting treatment.
Requirements
• CPA required. • 7-10 years’ experience including 5+ years of public accounting • 2+ of experience in financial reporting and SEC reporting • S-1 & IPO Experience a plus • Extensive filing of 10k and 10Q for multiple entities a must. • Thorough understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations. • Strong analytical and technical accounting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Extremely Detail-oriented • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools. • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.
