📋 Description

• Générer une croissance rentable en optimisant les stratégies d'acquisition client via des campagnes de paid media et en testant de nouveaux canaux d'acquisition. • Gestion et optimisation des campagnes d'acquisition payante : Piloter et optimiser les campagnes Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads et autres plateformes pertinentes. • Gérer un budget mensuel d'au moins 50K€ tout en maximisant le ROI. • Superviser la création de supports publicitaires (UGC, motion design, bannières) en collaboration avec les designers. • Suivre et analyser les KPIs clés : CAC, LTV, ROAS, taux de conversion, etc. • Réaliser des A/B tests sur les créatifs et les audiences pour améliorer les performances. • Optimiser le parcours utilisateur et du taux de conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise en Paid Media : expérience confirmée sur Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse : Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Looker Studio. • Capacité à exploiter les données et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des KPIs. • Expérience en A/B testing et CRO. • Expérience en gestion de budgets publicitaires significatifs avec un focus sur la rentabilité.
