Requirements

β€’ Proven experience (3+ years) in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role. β€’ Familiarity with Web3 gaming concepts, blockchain technology, and gaming analytics is highly desirable. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong sense of urgency. β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
