β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase brand visibility. β€’ Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO initiatives, aligning them with overall business goals. β€’ Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization. β€’ Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement. β€’ Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to improve search engine visibility. β€’ Implement and manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings. β€’ Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent. β€’ Provide SEO guidelines and best practices to content creators, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. β€’ Work closely with web development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development. β€’ Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed optimization. β€’ Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI. β€’ Use SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to track performance and identify trends. β€’ Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices. β€’ Adapt and refine SEO strategies based on changes in the digital marketing landscape. β€’ Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and product launches. β€’ Educate and train internal teams on SEO best practices and the importance of SEO in digital marketing.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. β€’ Proven track record of successfully improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. β€’ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on SEO performance data. β€’ Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and the latest trends in digital marketing. β€’ Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz). β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. β€’ Experience with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. β€’ Knowledge of technical SEO principles and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues. β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative SEO strategies. β€’ Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying current with industry developments.
