• We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Diagnostic Sales Leader to launch and grow Helix’s genetic testing business. • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of Helix’s genetic testing programs and services within existing and future partner organizations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in health systems and provider groups. • Execute the sales process by identifying and engaging appropriate stakeholders to drive product adoption and increased order volume. • Maintain a deep understanding of our genetic tests and supporting programs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends. • Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and business decisions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Market Development, and Partner Success, to meet the needs of our customers. • Provide regular sales reports and updates, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in genetic testing with evidence of increasing responsibility; significant oncology experience preferred • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in rapidly growing organizations • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders within healthcare organizations. • Deep understanding of the genetic testing market, including key players, regulatory environment, and industry trends. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus. • Ability to travel (up to 50%)
