• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to attract new clients • Identify high-potential clients and conduct manual client outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings • Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients and track outreach activities • Use Data Management tools to store client information • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth • Set and achieve sales targets, develop systems and/or procedures to optimize sales operations • Provide regular updates and reports to the Managing Director on sales metrics • Initiate, develop, and execute projects to further enhance sales performance
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a client outreach role • Must be amenable to work in a graveyard shift (9AM-6PM Eastern Daylight Time) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Experience working with US-based/Canada-based or off-shore clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills/english proficiency • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
