📋 Description
• Join a fast-growing startup as a Junior Graphic Designer (REMOTE - WFH) • Create visually compelling designs that communicate brand's story across multiple platforms • Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to shape visual direction • Develop a monthly design calendar outlining key projects and deadlines • Ensure timely delivery of all projects by agreed deadlines • Design templates for recurring content to streamline efficiency • Continuously research and apply the latest design trends • Maintain secure backups and organized archives of all active projects
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Experience designing for web, social media, and other digital platforms • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries (preferred) • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello (preferred) • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus (preferred) • Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, or front-end development tools (preferred)
