📋 Description
• Create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand's story across multiple platforms • Responsible for creating designs that captivate audiences, enhance user experience, and support business goals • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align designs with branding and campaign objectives • Design templates for recurring content to streamline efficiency and maintain visual consistency
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Experience designing for web, social media, and other digital platforms • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
