📋 Description
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and online presence • Drive engagement, increase online footprint, and support business growth objectives • Update and manage the status of all marketing initiatives daily • Monitor performance of active campaigns and provide status updates on key metrics • Identify opportunities for mid-campaign adjustments or optimizations • Conduct weekly market research and competitor analysis • Develop and launch new marketing campaigns every month • Provide a monthly comprehensive report on campaign performance • Author, review, and propose updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Analyze marketing performance data and propose new approaches
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and leadership, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns • Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing • Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
