• Execute, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for brand engagement. • Support business growth by ensuring campaigns align with marketing objectives. • Create engaging ad copy and conceptualize video content ideas. • Compile and analyze campaign data for performance improvement. • Track advertising budgets across Meta platforms, maximizing ROI. • Stay informed about Meta advertising trends and share insights.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful Meta advertising strategies. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools like Google Analytics. • Experience with lead generation campaigns and retargeting strategies on Meta. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries (preferred) • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, etc. (preferred) • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies. (preferred) • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc. (preferred)
