📋 Description
• Create visually appealing, responsive websites that enhance user experiences and meet our business objectives. • Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress sites, ensuring functionality, visual consistency, and optimal performance. • Drive processes and development as a key player in the core team, thriving under pressure and nailing the details. • Lead WordPress site design and development, ensuring responsiveness, visual engagement, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and IT teams to deliver web solutions aligned with brand and business objectives. • Implement intuitive layouts and interactive elements for enhanced user experience. • Manage and update WordPress content, working with content creators for seamless multimedia integration. • Optimize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for device compatibility and SEO. • Update plugins, themes, and ensure security compliance regularly. • Integrate latest design and development trends to maintain competitive practices. • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, provide progress updates, and address issues.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in web design, particularly with WordPress and Webflow. • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in responsive web design and UI/UX. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end development technologies. • Experience with SEO, performance optimization, and web analytics tools. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own • Preferred Skills: Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies • Experience with graphic design and multimedia creation for web projects • Proficiency in using WordPress plugins and Webflow tools for enhancing website functionality
