Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in outbound phone sales (preferably high-volume) • 3+ years of experience in customer service • Familiar with sales and support tools like Shopify and Zendesk • Comfortable with dialers like Aircall • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple customer interactions daily
