• The Director, RCM Operational Excellence will be the lead to support portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives with Revenue Cycle Management involvement to deliver high quality results. • This role drives and/or participates in change across functional areas using a broad range of skills and knowledge. • As a recognized RCM expert, the Director applies comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence practices to lead & participate in projects that have critical impact across the organization. • You lead with empathy, vulnerability, and honesty. Must have a love of learning. Endless curiosity and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience • Degree in Business or Health Administration preferred • Eight (8) – ten (10) years of RCM experience; previous leadership experience required. • Expert knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards and best practices. • Expert knowledge and skills in internal databases, BI applications, tools, and systems. • Relevant experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred. • Project Leadership and Change Leadership experience in a complex/matrix setting is preferred.
