📋 Description

• Responsible for managing E&C programs and supporting design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of compliance programs operations • Focus on sanction/exclusion screening, conflict of interest reporting, and related activities • Develop and assist with workplans, policies, procedures, control activities, and department systems • Communicate findings to management and help identify opportunities for improvement in program design and effectiveness • Manage vendor relationships, deployments, monitoring service levels, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience • Understanding of laws and regulations relating to Federal Health Care Programs (Medicare and Medicaid program integrity, HIPAA, Anti-kickback statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, Exclusion Authorities) preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability • Proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures (e.g., Microsoft products - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Team) and the ability to learn and apply new tools and technologies, experience with data analytics and visualization tools preferred • Experience with supporting vendor-based third-party SaaS and/or other screening and monitoring tools and application preferred
