📋 Description

• Responsible for vendor due diligence, insurance renewals, acquisition due diligence and integration • Claim management and system related projects management • Serve as backup to Senior Analyst for processing claims • Support loss control projects in collaboration with Risk Management • Cleanse insurance claims exceptions monthly for RMIS reporting • Enhance global compliance through monthly reports • Conduct risk assessments on new vendors • Support RM Manager in training for DocuSign setups • Conduct diligence on acquisitions • Collect insurance data for renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills • Familiarity in all Microsoft office programs • Proficient in JDE • Associate in Risk Management Certification • Basic understanding of internal Finance/Accounting concepts and terminology • Good understanding of industry practices • Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques • Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good presentation and public speaking skills • Good interpersonal skills • Basic conflict resolution skills • Developing professional credibility
