📋 Description
• Responsible for managing the process of legal agreements for the Medical and Dental division. • Work with Sales teams to ensure compliance with policies. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of agreements. • Act as a liaison with the Corporate Legal Department. • Assist with tracking existing customer agreements and resolving inquiries.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe • Basic Business Math • Full knowledge of key terms in RFP’s and legal agreements • Very good dispute resolution skills • Ability to use Data Warehouse • Ability to use Quickbase
