📋 Description
• Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Administration oversees data initiatives for commercial effectiveness • Develops data strategy aligning with business strategy • Establishes data governance frameworks ensuring integrity, quality, and security • Manages data for Insights & Analytics function • Drives digital transformation utilizing data to transform business processes • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand data needs • Advocates for data-driven culture within the organization • Leads data-related project planning and execution • Ensures compliance with regulations and ethical use of data
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information technology or a related field required • Advanced degree in data science, business administration, or related life sciences discipline favorable • 5+ years of biotech or pharma experience in IT, analytics, and/or data management • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data sourcing, storage, transformation, quality, and lifecycle management • Experience with MDM concepts and platforms and SQL-based data warehouse design • Working knowledge of commercial and corporate data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Veeva) • Experience with Tableau and/or other BI tools • Demonstrated success directing and managing external vendors • Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional environment and across geographies • Excellent project management skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proven commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
