📋 Description

• Provide leadership to Credit Risk and Loan Administration teams in ongoing relationship and performance risk management • Oversee loan administration and servicing of diverse loan portfolios • Support Underwriting and General Counsel teams in closing and onboarding new loans

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience, including five years of loan servicing and administration experience • Strong working knowledge of CDFI lending systems and loan documentation • Strategic thinker able to design and implement processes • Strong relationship-building approach centered on clients and communities • Problem-solving ability with creative thinking • Project management skills managing multiple projects • Commitment to continuous improvement and growth mindset • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications and loan management systems • Experience or capacity to learn Salesforce including integrations with loan management systems
