Description
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. • Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent. • Take intro calls to assess mutual fit. • Leverage trends and data to find talent. • Build an understanding of Hex’s business to craft messaging. • Collaborate with the team to expand top-of-funnel strategies.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience sourcing qualified candidates into technical and/or business roles. • Interest in increasing the top-of-funnel of talent from underrepresented groups. • Ability to execute scalable sourcing plans. • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem). • Great attention to detail and exceptional communication. • Experience taking pitch and screening calls. • Self-directed and comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment. • Team player who can build strong relationships.
Benefits
