Description
• As an Associate Product Manager (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our product lifecycle. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features. • Assist in organizing and conducting user interviews and research sessions. • Organize and optimize delivery team workflows. • Generate and analyze reports on product usage and performance metrics. • Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements
• A degree in Business or Economics, Business informatics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics or similar and relevant work experience (or internship or similar) in SaaS software development in product management or a related area. • Experience working with documentation tools and project management software (e.g., Linear, Notion, Figma). • An analytical or technical background (e.g. familiarity with analytics/data analysis, dashboard design, SQL). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German (at least B2-C1). • The ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • The ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
