Description

• HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Operations Command Center (OCC). • This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and seamless interoperability across various systems, with a strong emphasis on integrations. • You will monitor, analyze, and optimize data flows to ensure efficient and accurate communication between internal systems and external partners. • You will play a key role in troubleshooting data issues, enhancing integration capabilities, and contributing to overall operational performance. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on systems integration or interoperability. • Strong knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and data pipeline optimization. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues. • Experience in a fast-paced operations or command center environment is a plus. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Preferred Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data querying and scripting languages. • Experience with EDI, X12, or HL7 standards for interoperability. • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration in cloud environments. • Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time data analysis (e.g., Datadog). • Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., EDI, Mirth.).
