Description

•We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials - Manager to join our dynamic team. •The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering subject matter expertise and functional leadership for the full suite of Finance modules (GL, Subledgers, Accounting Hub, etc.). •This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and leading solution architects and technical teams to create scalable, efficient, and integrated cloud solutions. •Focus on driving digital transformation, ensuring best practices, and maximizing business value.

Requirements

•At least 10+ years of Oracle experience •Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. •Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording and P&L calculations. •Demonstrable knowledge of Fund (Grant) Accounting concepts as they apply to Public Sector •Proven experience identifying and implementing improvements to enhance financial reporting and accounting operations. •Experience in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud Financial implementations and supporting with hands-on configurations. •Prefer experience in a lead role on at least two Oracle Cloud implementation projects •Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and mentor. •Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP’s) functional configuration, testing, client user training. •Strong problem-solving skills (consulting background) and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. •Ability to lead multiple assignments and with support from Highstreet’s offshore functional and technical staff •US Public Sector, K-12 and Higher Education experience strongly preferred •Oracle Cloud Financials certification •Experience with core Financials
