• Oversee $1.5 - 2M in account revenue • Develop coherent strategies for clients and projects • Work closely with top executives at leading technology companies • Own and drive excellence in various agency domains • Generate business revenue within existing clients • Lead pitches to bring in new clients • Provide seamless multi-channel solutions to clients • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement • Manage, mentor, and develop staff consistently • Represent Highwire and key clients at industry events • Maintain account group revenue by managing accounts and budgets
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field • Minimum 15 years experience in communications • Demonstrated skill in proactively building relationships with top tier reporters • Extensive successful writing and editing experience • Experience in social media influencer engagement and media coverage amplification • Innovative thinker with strong leadership skills • Experience in managing a team of communications specialists • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment • Experience in setting up measurement programs and measuring ROI
