🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in gaming, skill gaming, or consumer-tech • Experience with mobile-first products; deep understanding of mobile UX and game loops • Strong understanding of game economies, player motivations, and monetization models • Proven track record of owning products from concept to scale – ideally 0→1 and/or 1→10 growth phases • Sharp instincts for product prioritization; a bias for action and ruthless focus • Strong grasp of user funnels, retention, engagement, and LTV • Ability to translate business goals into product outcomes • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, data) • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with distributed teams • Bonus: Experience working on products for U.S. users or familiarity with the U.S. skill/casual gaming market
