Description

• The Solution Specialist is involved in planning, supporting and tracking major project opportunities. • The incumbent carries out market researches, addresses customer requirements and supports business development. • The Solution Specialist formulates product solution, strategy and action plans. • Builds trusted advisor relationship with customers, helps Sales team to close major opportunities. • Works with Product Management team and R&D to develop system guidance and documentation. • Facilitates internal trainings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, Information Technology • 3+ years of customer facing experience in a technical solution consulting, systems engineer, or presales engineering role • Proficient in physical security software technology and architectures • A good understanding of General Network Topology (Preferred) • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Mandarin and French will be a plus • A proven track record of successfully developing and deploying creative technical solutions to business problems for/within large organizations • Experience designing and deploying computing infrastructure solutions that span a variety of technologies (i.e., camera, access control, networking, video surveillance) • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly evolving and changing • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time • Knowledge of large project management, database connectivity, basic LAN protocols, and serial communications • High level of proficiency in CCTV products and concepts, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm
