📋 Description
• Project Engineer role at Trail Ridge Power focusing on renewable energy and cleantech projects • Collaborate with development and finance to assess project feasibility • Oversee full project life cycle and manage engineering partners • Provide technical guidance on solar technology and review project deliverables • Travel for work up to 30% as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; master’s degree preferred • At least 5+ years of energy system design experience with 3+ years designing C&I Rooftop Solar systems and small (1-10MW) ground-mount systems • Experience managing a large portfolio of projects while prioritizing effectively, managing competing expectations, and meeting deadlines • Experience with PV design tools including Helioscope, PVSyst, and AutoCAD • Proficient with Procore, project management, energy modeling, and MS Office programs • Experience with energy efficiency, CHP, fuel cells, or other carbon reduction technologies is preferred • A creative and entrepreneurial approach to solving energy/carbon use optimization problems • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills • Engineer in Training (EIT) in electrical, mechanical, or civil preferred
