Description

•Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is a leading health and wellness platform helping the world feel great •Seeking a highly motivated Senior Operations Planner for demand and supply planning •Leverage problem-solving abilities to optimize order mix and quantities •Drive process improvement by building tools and metrics for operations planning

Requirements

•5+ years experience in at least 2 of the following: Demand planning, Production planning, Supply planning •3+ years experience with ERP systems, planning systems and replenishment systems is preferred •Excel and Google Sheet proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections •Basic to Intermediate SQL experience is preferred •Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner •Ability to think through complex problems and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities •Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized •Demonstrated ability to organize resources and analyze alternatives to make effective decisions
