📋 Description

• Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health. • We are redefining healthcare by putting the customer first and delivering access to care that is affordable, accessible, and personal. • We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Operations Planner to help support demand planning and supply planning for our operations. • You will leverage your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to determine order mix and quantities that support sales and inventory goals while optimizing storage capacity. • We are looking for a self-starter that will drive process improvement by building out tools and metrics to support operations planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in at least 2 of the following: Demand planning, Production planning, Supply planning • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Supply Chain, Merchandising planning or other related field • 3+ years experience with ERP systems, planning systems and replenishment systems is preferred • Excel and Google Sheet proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections • Basic to Intermediate SQL experience is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner • Ability to think through complex problems and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized • Demonstrated ability to organize resources and analyze alternatives to make effective decisions
