📋 Description
• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Organic Growth UK Engineering team. • As a Senior TPM, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that fuel our growth and enhance our engineering capabilities. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, marketing, analytics and data science, to deliver high-impact programs on time and within scope. • Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth engineering operations, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence through continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Have 8+ years in technical program management, preferably in a growth-focused engineering environment • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical programs • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in agile, scrum and lean development • Ability to dive deep into technical details and understand complex systems to drive effective decision-making • Strong understanding of engineering operations, including process optimization and best practices • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams • Ability to influence without authority • Excellent skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks • Strong sense of ownership • Team player, collaborative, and positive attitude • Scrappiness & bias towards action • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent writing, oral, and presentation skills • Experience with data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven program management
