📋 Description
• Reddit is a community of communities, home to authentic conversations on the internet. • Looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Ads TPM team in Tech PMO. • You will focus on developing careers, setting guidelines, and providing coaching for TPMs. • Tech PMO exists to accelerate and empower all Reddit teams to do their best work. • Technical Program Managers use judgment to define and drive large programs across engineering teams. • Build execution processes and reduce inefficiencies to scale overall efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of software industry experience, leading large-scale technical or engineering programs and products from inception to delivery. • 7+ years of people management experience, preferably with a geographically distributed team. • 5+ years of collective experience in digital ads platforms and monetization programs. • Experience in finding and growing talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development conversations. • Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams, with senior stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones. • Negotiation skills in combination with effective communication experience. • Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership. • Experience establishing and leading teams through multi-disciplinary relationships. • Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
