• 5+ years in Product, Marketing, or Growth analytics • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization • Proficiency with rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis • Experience with exploratory analyses, storytelling, and influencing teams via insights • Strong communication skills, written and verbal • Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic startup environments • Comfort collaborating with a distributed team • Passion for the mission
