• At least 1 year in an outbound full-cycle sales capacity, OR 1 year in an Outbound SDR/BDR role and 1 year in an AE/closing role. • Pipeline management and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to sell consultatively • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. • Proficient in HubSpot or comparable CRM tools. • Comfortable with high call volumes and persistent in follow-ups. • Adaptable and growth-oriented in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment. • Preferred: Experience selling ABA providers, behavioral health organizations, or education institutions • Passion for healthcare technology and improving autism care
