β€’ We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support & Report Builder to support our customer base by creating custom inventory reports using data from sensors inside commercial refrigerators. β€’ This role involves data entry, organizing reports, and communicating with customers to ensure they receive timely insights regarding their inventory levels. β€’ Utilize data from sensors in commercial refrigerators to identify low inventory levels, outages, and purchases. β€’ Compile and organize custom inventory reports for commercial refrigerators, summarizing key metrics for customers. β€’ Example: Highlighting trends, such as β€œyou’ve had 5 more outages of Mountain Dew last week than this week.” β€’ Assist the Head of Engineering in reducing the time spent on report preparation, currently estimated at 6 hours per week. β€’ Communicate with customers primarily through email and chat, with potential for phone support in the future. β€’ Develop and maintain a knowledge base and scripts for efficient customer support. β€’ Analyze inventory data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to customers. β€’ Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required. β€’ Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a technical environment. β€’ Experience in report building and data organization. β€’ Strong critical thinking skills to interpret data and identify trends. β€’ Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising planograms is a plus (not a must-have). β€’ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
