πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Call Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities in two critical sectors: β€’ Pump Stations for Golf Courses: Engage with golf course superintendents, irrigation specialists, and course management teams to introduce our innovative pump station solutions. (A detailed call script and professional sales training will be provided). β€’ Variable Speed Drives (VFDs) for Water/Wastewater & HVAC: Connect with municipalities, facility managers, and service companies to promote our VFD services, which include maintenance and repairs for commercial office HVAC systems. (A customized sales playbook will be developed). β€’ Duties and Responsibilities β€’ Conduct outbound cold calls, strictly adhering to provided scripts and playbooks. β€’ Identify and qualify potential leads, and secure meetings with key decision-makers. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within HubSpot CRM. β€’ Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into viable business opportunities. β€’ Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve call scripts and sales strategies to increase conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1 year of outbound cold calling experience, preferably in B2B sales. β€’ Exceptional communication and persuasive skills. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software, with HubSpot experience being a strong plus. β€’ Ability to quickly learn and follow a structured sales process. β€’ Previous experience or knowledge in the golf, irrigation, water, or HVAC industries is advantageous. β€’ Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. β€’ Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
