We are looking for a Support Engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills, who will serve as the primary Support Engineer for the clientβs IRIS Image Capture platform. This is a full-time position; M-F, 9 am - 6 pm PST, possibility of Saturday hours if needed. Duties include providing support to live customers via email, phone, and meetings as required.
Excellent academic background in Computer Science or other related field 3+ years of SaaS experience Experience with customer support Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems (nice to have) Excellent customer-facing communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
