•Must speak English and Chinese (Mandarin) language. •Develop and implement marketing and promotion plans for overseas markets. •Use data analysis to identify and optimize key channels and user acquisition methods. •Create a hierarchical user system and refined operational strategies. •Analyze user lifecycle and behavior to optimize activation, usage, activity, payment, repurchase, and sharing.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience. •Experience in user operations, user growth, and data analysis, preferably with overseas tools. •Strong business sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills. •Proactive learning, excellent communication, teamwork skills, and strong execution ability.
