Description

• The Solar Campaign Coordinator manages customer interactions and solar panel installation coordination. • Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce solar solutions. • Follow up with existing customers to provide updates and address concerns. • Ensure verbal agreements with customers are documented and followed up. • Schedule and coordinate roof inspections with customers and inspection teams. • Maintain a detailed calendar and adjust schedules as necessary. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and agreements. • Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues. • Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Experience in Solar campaign is required. • Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
