Description

β€’ The Solar Campaign Coordinator manages customer interactions and solar panel installation coordination. β€’ Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce solar solutions. β€’ Follow up with existing customers to provide updates and address concerns. β€’ Ensure verbal agreements with customers are documented and followed up. β€’ Schedule and coordinate roof inspections with customers and inspection teams. β€’ Maintain a detailed calendar and adjust schedules as necessary. β€’ Keep accurate records of customer interactions and agreements. β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues. β€’ Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement. β€’ Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. β€’ Experience in Solar campaign is required. β€’ Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
