• Analyze sales and renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making. • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance. • Collaborate with the Sales & Renewals teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and renewal activities in CRM and other systems. • Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to track revenue performance and key metrics. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems and platforms. • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting. • Coordinate with Marketing to align sales and renewal efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role in a SaaS company. • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
