Description

• Lead development of the HireVue platforms using best techniques and architectures • Own resolution of complex problems through communication and collaboration • Identify technical debt and work with leadership to prioritize activities • Ensure thorough automated testing at each level of the test pyramid • Communicate solutions through documentation and technical presentations

Requirements

• 8+ years in a software engineering role, 12+ years preferred • Experience designing, building, deploying, supporting SaaS products • Familiarity with cloud development, TDD, RESTful APIs, XSS attacks, MVC web frameworks • Firm grasp of SQL and databases, including CRUD operations, indexes, joins • Ability to design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud architectures • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
