• Build Jooble Job Aggregator • Shape Jooble’s value proposition and business model • Stay ahead of industry trends • Identify and qualify potential customers • Proactively engage prospects • Conduct impactful meetings with potential customers • Testing of hypotheses and business models

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the full-cycle sales process (with emphasis on cold sales) • Polish proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate and higher (spoken and written) • Great background in lead generation • Knowledge of sales software like Snov.io, Outreach, and Sales Navigator • High level of communication, persuasion/argumentation, and presentation skills • High level of self-organization, discipline, strategy, and result orientation • Tech-savvy • Data-driven mindset
