β€’ As the Aftermarket Account Manager at Hitachi Global Air Power, you'll drive our growth trajectory and ensure customer satisfaction. β€’ Your primary objectives will revolve around driving growth in aftermarket sales, fostering strong partnerships, and maintaining customer satisfaction post-purchase. β€’ Collaborate closely with distributors and customers to grow aftermarket sales in alignment with growth targets. β€’ Lead the execution of sales programs to drive engagement and revenue. β€’ Develop comprehensive annual aftermarket sales strategies for various regions. β€’ Analyze regional sales performance and devise corrective measures to address challenges. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to distributors and channel partners. β€’ Equip distributors and channel partners with sales tools and marketing materials. β€’ Coordinate with the stationary equipment sales team for alignment. β€’ Gather customer and partner feedback for relevant insights. β€’ Develop strategies for partners, including parts and service programs. β€’ Conduct aftermarket sales training sessions for partners. β€’ Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement. β€’ Develop stocking plans for parts inventory. β€’ Ensure warranty protocols are understood and implemented.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, or related field strongly preferred. β€’ Equivalent field experience will be considered for the right candidate. β€’ 5 or more years of relevant experience in Business, Sales, Technical, and/or Marketing fields. β€’ Consideration will be given for significant experience as former air compressor field service technicians/mechanics. β€’ Air compressor or other industrial rotary equipment sales or service experience is highly preferred. β€’ Technical and/or service and support background, particularly in industrial field service support and troubleshooting is preferred. β€’ Experience cross-functionally, building trust and applying influence within an independent distribution network of companies is a plus. β€’ Experience developing sales action plans, KPIs and holding others accountable to achieve results is required. β€’ Must be comfortable communicating/training technical concepts to groups of peers. β€’ Must be comfortable with regular travel. β€’ PC Proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft office programs.
