Description
• Maintain relationship with customers • Provide 1st & 2nd line engineering support for HVDC Service team in UK & Ireland • Lead service engineers on complex issues • Attend Factory System Tests when requested • Manage Maintenance Management system and develop maintenance procedures • Collaborate with Operations manager for personnel training • Support tenders for future links • Deliver high availability to customers • Ensure health and safety culture is maintained
Requirements
• Undergraduate Engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience in HV power systems • HV (>125kV) substation experience • Maintenance / fault finding experience with high voltage equipment • Maintenance / fault finding experience with LV and mechanical systems • Experience in delivering technical reports and fault analysis • Experience working with maintenance management systems • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative • Sound communication and team building skills • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Fluent written & spoken English • Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
