• The Senior Regional Operations Manager oversees the efficient functioning of assigned Hitachi Air Centers. • High Level Business Objectives: Lead and coordinate employees across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies. • Contribute to strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational objectives. • Drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs while striving for highest standards. • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to track performance and profitability. • Control expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities as well as identify opportunities for revenue growth. • Continuous monitoring of business activities through SAP, Sales Force, and other applications. • Review financial reports, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed. • Monitor and improve process and personnel performance to improve operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. • Recruit, train, and develop employees to build a strong team. • Set performance standards and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements

• Greater than five years operations management experience. • Proven leadership experience with strong written and verbal communication. • Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite. • Experience with ERP systems. • In-depth understanding of P&L reporting and how it relates to driving various aspects of the business.
