Description
• Responsible for the discovery phase of new opportunities in GenAI and AI data services. • Support cross-functional departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet expectations. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Masters, Six Sigma, PMP) preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects. • Minimum of 2 years of experience vendor-side experience, especially with Fortune 200 companies and/or large tech companies. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and/or project management. • Experience with global and remote team collaboration. • Experience with GenAI, AI, localization, or related projects. • Experience preparing and presenting program data to client and internal stakeholders. • Technical understanding of basic file formats, scripts and data ingestion pipelines. • Advanced proficiency with the Office Tool Suite and JIRA workflows. • Client-side experience, pre-sales and AI/ML experience is a plus.
