Description

• Ensure Global Revenue Accounting Operations team’s performance meets financial standards • Advise and implement efficient processes to support business • Lead Change Management Office program for process readiness • Collaborate with colleagues for best practices and judgment • Focus on accounting standards, team management, and talent development

Requirements

• Accounting knowledge and applicable knowledge of IFRS15, IFRS16, or ASC606, ASC842 • Team management and their skill building • Cloud-based applications common in the industry. • Project management and change management to support global initiatives • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of company associates and executives including contact with our internal and external customers. • Demonstrated experience to lead a virtual global team of managers and subject matter experts in transactional deal structuring and accounting. • A professional degree such as BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. • CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years’ experience in an industry-related field.
