• We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join the Hive team! • This role involves driving revenue through spearheading high-value relationships with prominent industry players in the live events space. • Your expertise in relationship building and strategic negotiations will be key to driving mutual success. • As an Senior Account Executive at Hive you will: Generate a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects and adeptly manage all sales stages. • Conduct insightful product demonstrations to understand customer needs and clearly articulate our solutions to address them effectively. • Share and contribute to best practices and techniques, staying attuned to industry trends. • Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while continuously refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness • Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies • Identify, recommend and lead the execution of growth opportunities within key cohorts of known and undiscovered market opportunities. • Accurately forecast and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, providing clear and concise health reports. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities • Represent Hive at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience successfully running full-cycle SaaS sales • Proven ability to collaborate with executives and key decision makers • Comfortable managing deals with a sales cycle of 6+ months • Experience with event promotion, event marketing, and email marketing, a plus
• Work fully remote in Canada or the US: where you’re most productive whether that be from your house, or elsewhere. We just ask that you have the legal work authorization in the country that you reside & work within.
