📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget. • Utilize Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. • Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPI) for BI. • Provide technical leadership in business intelligence architecture and data modeling. • Collaborate with teams to ensure operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, business intelligence, Information systems, or equivalent work experience • 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields with a focus on managing technical teams. • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with responsibility for people management and performance management. • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting BI, and Data analytics applications in an enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of modern analytics technologies including: Power BI or similar BI tools, Azure cloud data services, Data analytics architecture, SQL and data warehousing concepts • Agile development methodologies including Azure DevOps principles, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication • Proven track record of leading and growing technical teams • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
